Lauren Twombly (Klusman), Director of Marketing and Communications, joined the staff of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce in March of 2017. She is responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of marketing, communications, and public relations programs that will enhance the organization’s vision. In addition, she does photo and video work in order to increase visibility of Chamber members.
Lauren grew up in Winona Lake and graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2012, receiving academic honors. She was a ten year 4-H member, through which she discovered her passion for photography. She then went on to attend Indiana Wesleyan University, where she double majored in Graphic Design and Photography and graduated Cum Laude in 2016. Lauren was a wedding photographer for 8 years, recently “retiring” to focus more on her community involvement.
Lauren is the leader of the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee, serves as co-chair of the Kosciusko Young Adult Professionals (YAP) Steering Committee, and previously served on the Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation (KEDCo) Marketing Committee. She is a member of the Combined Community Services Board, Kosciusko County Community Foundation Board, Warsaw Tri-Kappa, and formerly the Kosciusko County Purdue Extension Board and Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County Board. Lauren enjoys volunteering for Kosciusko Senior Services by delivering mobile meals, being a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters, coaching volleyball for Kosciusko County Homeschool Eagles, and is a graduate of Kosciusko Leadership Academy (KLA). She was also one of the founders of The Ballroom, a former pop up art gallery featuring local artists in downtown Warsaw.
Lauren is married to her husband Carter and is a dog mom to “the most photographed dog in Kosciusko County,” Mackey!
